I have a large appartment with two bedrooms (10' x 15' and 9' x 12') to rent. It'll be available the first of January. I'm leaving because I've been accepted to University of Sherbrooke. I want someone to take over the lease.

The appartment is well located : a ten minute drive from Ottawa, clear to highways and close to supermarket. The block is quiet : many families live nearby.
